Privacy & quiet. There is a kitchen with a fridge, kettle & microwave to heat yr food. Aircond in the room works well.

The wall in room B08 surely needs a new coat of paint. There are lots of stains which make it looks dirty. The ensuite toilet also has a bit of stale smell. Perhaps a freshner can help. The location is far from eateries. Its either u need a transport or u have to order Grab food.

Love that the facilities are a lot. A kitchen to use, bathrooms outside the rooms as well. Filtered water.

Could improve the certain smell that is not pleasant from the living room where the tv is. Hence the smell somehow came along to our room.

The room is clean and the air conditioner functions well. The toilet is clean also and equipped with water heater. After all, such a room with air conditioning, three double beds and a water heater only costs Rm180 and it is also very close to the city center. It is a very cost-effective homestay. If you come to Bentong for one night, this homestay will be a good choice for a family.

The only downside is that the shower is hard to open but fortunately the customer service responded quickly. But don't know why the shower has no water after turn on in the next morning. However, this accommodation experience is still very good.

(a) water heater not working at times (b) whatsapp messages in the morning asking customers when and what time to check-out instead of giving reminders e.g "Please be reminded that the check-out time is xxxx...." as if they dont welcome customer staying there and want to chase the customer away fast... (c) clogged drain in the bathroom (d) lights too yellowish / dim...should mix abit white or get a warm colour
