    The room itself is pleasant and reasonably priced, but the location leaves much to be desired. Nestled right beside a busy main road, the property is plagued by relentless traffic noise around the clock — vehicles continue to rumble past even at 3 or 4 a.m., jolting us out of sleep in the dead of night. On top of that, loud chatter from people downstairs filtered clearly into the room with little resistance. What disappointed us most, however, was the staff's complete indifference — they turned a blind eye when guests outside grew rowdy, and offered no help whatsoever when we raised the noise concern. We'd suggest that staff take the initiative during late-night hours to step out and remind guests loitering at the entrance to keep their voices down. We were aware going in that the hotel sits along a busy road frequented by cars and motorcycles, but management really ought to put practical measures in place to better shield guests from the surrounding noise.
