    All review for this new wave hotel are fake clienines out, staff rude, hotel smelly, pillow case and bed sheets with stain and blanket urine smell..

    I booked this hotel through Agoda, but when I arrived, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. Instead, I was sent to a nearby hotel with a room that was in very poor condition and nowhere near the standard I had booked. Only after I repeatedly complained did the hotel move me back to the correct room the next day. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. Very disappointing experience. I hope the hotel improves its booking management so guests receive the room they actually booked.
