    Location is good, in a residential area. Host responded quite fast, but property telephone number at Agoda need to be updated. Bathroom was a bit dirty when I checked in the room.

    The hotel's environment and air quality are terrible. It smells bad, the amenities are incomplete, air conditioning system is extremely noisy, loud which affects the comfort and quality of stay. Everything feels dirty and dusty. Hotel needs improvement in several areas. The air quality is poor, unpleasant smell, amenities are not fully provided, and overall cleanliness is lacking with visible dusk in the rooms.
