Rukgala Retreat

Rukgala is an absolutely amazing place, surrounded by beautiful nature! The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was stunning, and we absolutely loved the outdoor garden, pool area and Yoga pagoda— such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant and breakfast were far beyond our expectations: everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help, finding a solution for anything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. What we loved most were the activities offered by the property. We had two amazing yoga sessions and went on a beautiful trek with Bosco as our guide. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and well prepared, and made the whole experience even more special with his explanations along the way. We also really enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding on the river right in front of the property — such a unique and peaceful experience surrounded by nature! I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more! If you’re visiting Knuckles, this is definitely the place to stay. We absolutely loved every moment and would come back without hesitation!

La comida muy bien. Te sientes como en un retiro. El lago cercana y los alrededores muy bonitos. El personal muy amable. El estilo y decoración del hotel. La cama muy cómoda. La vista espectacular.

El alojamiento en general es espectacular, ademas de todo el personal que te trata increíble y siempre tiene una sonrisa y ganas de hablar contigo. La comida esta muy buena y cambia cada dia. Todo perfecto la verdad

Excellent selection of options and the team were so accommodating of special requests. The breakfast area was beyond picturesque and we kept shaking our heads in disbelief at the level of facilities and natural jungle setting being provided.

Dinner options could be enhanced for those who may be a bit picky like myself. Although when I mentioned that I was avoiding certain food stuffs the team bent over backwards to prepare me something on the spot.
