The people were the nicest, helped me out very well with everything and made sure that I had all that I needed. I really appreciate them!
Breakfast was nice with Sri Lankan and western options.
Pool was clean and cold-ish, but I'd argue this is a good temperature to actually swim in it. If you just want to stand yes it's a bit cold.
Location is good, I always walked to the city centre of Kandy. Due to a road closure this is faster than going around the lake, especially during rush hour.
Dinner options at the restaurant were a bit limited

We stayed 2 nights, and the location is superb. The Temple of tooth relic is in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice food. Everything was above and beyond our expectations.

Good location. We got a nice bagel from the cafe but had to pay extra for it as breakfast wasn’t included.
I feel like the room was very expensive for what we got. Pool was freezing. Stains on pillows and holes in bedsheets. Tiny bathroom. No breakfast included. I would suggest staying somewhere else cheaper,
