Great location, you are right next to Camp Helen which allows for a nice buffer on the West side. Easy access to complex and beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed but is aging. Pinnacle Point is a huge complex and even though it is so big, there was never a sense of it being overwhelmingly crowded, even on a weekend leading into a holiday. There is significant construction going on in the building which was disruptive on a couple of occasions. Someone above us was doing renovations there was constant drilling and the elevators are being completely overhauled. This is a good find for those who are looking to be on the water with quick access to the beach.

The beach was excellent. Very private areas to spend your day at the beach. Loved it being next to undeveloped areas, the inlet, near St Helen state park. The amenities: dishwasher, microwave, countertops, fridge was very nice. The only downside to our stay was completely different furniture pictured. It wasn’t terrible but the couch was below average quality. And, we saw the outside amenities but didn’t use because of the inconvenience of distance to use pool or weight facilities.

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.
The condo is very clean and so close to the beach making it so easy to set up for the day. It appeared to have all new appliances The only mentionable items of concern were that the condo was musky/damp, the bed was nice but a bit too hard, and the outdoor furniture needs to be updated. We had an excellent stay and loved the location!
