Carillon Beach Inn #110 is a recently updated condo in the fantastic Carillon Beach Resort. This resort is pet friendly with picturesque landscape to enjoy with your four legged friends. This unit is ultra convenient being located on the first floor. You literally walk right up to the unit. Just outside your back slider door is green space and Lake Carillon. It makes vacationing with pets a breeze. There is much to explore in Downtown Carillon, around the resort, and 30A is just a short drive!
Carillon Beach Inn #110 is located in the spectacular Carillon Beach Resort, in close proximity to Rosemary Beach and Pier Park! Enjoy the luxurious amenities of the resort, including 7 private beach accesses, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, and dining option & shopping in Downtown Carillon. The resort encompasses 104 acres of exquisite landscape and 3,900 linear feet of sugar-white beachfront.
Check in information will be sent 24 hours prior to check in. Check in time is 4pm, this gives house keeping enough time to clean and sanitize the property. Access is a smart lock, code will work at 4:00pm
Must be 21 and/or older to book

Effective April 2025, there is a resort fee $37.50 that includes one parking pass and QR code to access resort amenities. For an extra parking pass there will be an additional $37.50 fee. We will send you a link after booking to register your vehicle(s).

All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payments processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested.

A great family friendly community! Awesome to be ground level. Local to the little food market and pizza joint. About a ten minute walk to the beach so be sure to bring a wagon if taking a cooler, chairs or kid :)
