The size and location. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. Perfectly situated between the beach and town centre

It is managed by LJ hooker and we asked several times for early check in as we arrived early in the morning but check in not till 3pm. On the day we called again and they said they would call us back if early check in was possible. They then called us back about an hour later and said you can check in now but it will cost $150!!!! Never before when I enquired about the early check in did they mention a fee. We thought that was a bit steep especially since the room was ready. They then told us if we did not wan to pay we could check in normal time!

very good location and the use of the resort was handy

The location was ideal.

Poorly cared for facilities. All the towel racks were broken off, there were light bulbs not working and not replaced, no decent saucepans to use on the stove with the electric fry pan in really poor condition and dirty. The carpet at the mid level at the bottom of the stairs is pulling away exposing carpet nails, broken timber flooring on the balcony top level. The garage had not been cleaned up from the past tenants, with a broken fan and old broken draws in that space.
