Fantastic location and views. The space inside suited our large group perfectly.
Only 1 towel each, 1 bathmat and 1 hand towel between 6 people for a week with no laundry facilities. Bathroom needs retiling with tiles off the wall or falling off. A leaking ceiling in one bedroom with water dripping into a bucket and nearly half filling it.

The location and close access to the beaches, many services and businesses. It was nicely clean and there was a lovely assortment of kitchenware and cooking implements available. The BBQ was great.
Some brickwork is fatigued especially above the front door stair entry, and many tiles are just sitting no longer fixed on the verandah posts - these could fall onto someone entering the house below. Fans in the bedrooms would be helpful for summer.
