Malgré les difficultés de communication via traducteur électronique , grand merci au personnel d’accueil à la charmante et volubile dame de l’agence touristique de l’hôtel. Chambres impeccables, petits déjeuners copieux ( en sus) taxis et triporteurs ( tuks tuks) à portée et restaurants au pas de la porte. Trés satisfaits

Overall, we had a good stay at Campanile Hotel in Xian. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient. The reception staff were very helpful and always tried their best to assist us, even though their English was quite limited. The only downsides were the breakfast buffet, which could definitely use more variety and better options, and the noticeable cigarette smoke smell throughout the hallways. Guests were smoking casually near the rooms despite the clear no-smoking signs, which was disappointing. Because of this, we’re rating the hotel a little lower than we otherwise would have. Still, it was a solid choice for our time in Xian.
