Muy buena ubicación.
El personal no hablaba inglés ni español en recepción, siendo los dos idiomas más importantes junto al chino. Deben mejorar en ese aspecto.

The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the city wall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was of a very high standard. Our room felt almost brand new, with excellent amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever come back to lovely Xi’an, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Location was nice by the wall. Shops near by
Very noisy!!!! Kids couldn't sleep. Honking all night. We were in a family room with NO CHAIRS?? a dinner table with no chairs. Checkin time came and went with ROOM NOT READY. asked staff to call me a taxi because i had children with me and didnt want them down on the crazy street traffic. THEY SAID NO AND flag one down on the street. Broken glass found on the floor of our room by our children??? Crazy.
