The location, the roof terrace and the staff. She was lovely and the location was great for the ferry and the centre of town. So close.
The room was very tired and in need of some update and comfort.

Great hotel, and wonderful host. Lovely room, really comfortable bed and amazing veiw from our balcony. The roof top resting area was a lovely touch. Sami has amazing restaurant's within a 2 min walk from the hotel. Such a great place to base yourself if you have a car to travel about the island. We particularly loved Antisamos beach which was an 8 min drive from Sami. A beautiful island ❤️
I cannot find fault in our stay at all

Hotel currently doesn't do food but plenty of places in the harbour where breakfast was available.
Everything that Melissani states on their advertisement is there.

The location is great. Close to the port and all restaurants. It has a great view from the rooftop.
Bathroom is very small and the shower is tiny. Needs to be renovated. Leaking toilet and noisy air conditioner. Had to unplug the fridge to use the kettle. Very old and needs an urgent makeover. Wifi was very poor and intermittent-just about useless.
