Cavaliere Seafront House - Klio

Fantastic location with beautiful views, very clean apartment. Great location on the island for getting to other areas with a hire car. (Rent from the airport as cheaper than in Sami).

Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and it was a good base for exploring further by car. Hosts were responsive if we had any questions and generously provided a complimentary bottle of wine. Balcony offered a great view of the harbour for observing people coming and going. Great bohemian locals bar across the street. Apartment was exactly as depicted in photographs and was very clean. It felt like home for a few days!

Fiind la a treia vizita in Kefalonia (prima sedere fiind in Argostolion), am ales de aceasta data o zona mai linistita (pe partea pe care o vizitasem in anii trecuti doar din goana masinii) si anume Klio Seafront House din oraselul Sami. Desi vazusem in prealabil pozele pe Booking, nu ne-am putut retine un wauu, in momentul cand am pasit pragul apartamentului (un penthouse veritabil), realitatea depasindu-ne cu mult asteptarile: un open space fluent in culori calde, dotat cu AC si mobilier modern, zona de luat masa, un mic patio din lemn (cu umerase) care tinea loc de sifonier, langa un pat confortabil, pe laterala caruia atarna un tv imens ce se putea regla/roti pt a avea o vizionare optima, baie incapatoare cu apa calda 24/7, bucatarie dotata cu absolul orice aveai nevoie, fiecare spatiu fiind delimitat vizibil doar prin corpurile de iluminat proprii si nu in ultimul rand, un balcon imens cu vedere la portul Sami, situat deasupra principalelor taverne. RECOMAND DIN TOT SUFLETUL.

Thiseas & Maria have done a superb job updating the shower room and kitchen since we stayed last year (2024). The mattress has a softer side which is a bonus! (I wish I'd asked last year). We had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. The apartment is spotless and well designed. We love the location - above the tavernas on the main port-side where we can watch the world go by. Sami is an active port. The double glazing is excellent in the apartment. We adore Sami. The local restaurants are fantastic. The closest beach, Antisamos is beautiful. We look forward to visiting again next years. Thank you Thiseas & Maria for another wonderful stay at Klio. Have a great season!
