The property had everything we neede. Had air con in each room, good wifi, a fan (incase aircon was too cold), coffee, sugar, garlic, washing detergent for the washing machine, a hairdryer etc. Absolutely LOVED having the outdoor area it was so spacious and perfect for our group. Margarita and her family are so kind, they left us some watermelon in the fridge, offered us Greek cake, dropped flowers off on the evening of my birthday and left some souvenirs of Kefalonia for us to take home.
I would recommend this to absolutely everyone.
Also great location walking wise to Sami restaurants and shops. Great base to have if you’re wanting to explore all of Kefalonia as there are plenty of great restaurants in Sami to go to (on foot) in the evening so you don’t have to drive after a day of driving!

Great location and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good parking and really decent air conditioning. Helpful people and a lovely present from the owner
