Les Logis des Vignobles Sainte Emilion en Duplex n 1 avec terrasse

Great apartment, very spacious, we were only there for a couple of night but I wish we’d stayed longer.

Nothing, the apartment was fantastic.

We loved the location and the terrace. The stairs up to the apartment were easy to navigate. Fabienne was easy to reach and answered all correspondence. The apartment is over Le Jardin d'Amelie restaurant. We loved the smokey bbq pit that the restaurant used to cook all meals from 11:00am to 10:00pm. The restaurant owner/staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Getting to the apartment through the restaurant is very easy and they are open all day!

1. the gate to the apartment did not look like the picture Fabienne sent. The code that we had did not work. The policeman, that tried to help, couldn't get it to work either, When I contacted Fabienne, she told me I was doing it wrong. The policeman suggested we walk around to the restaurant. The restaurant owner let us in and instructed us on how to use the code. She also showed us where the apartment key box was which was not visible because of the ivy. 2. There is no toilet in the bathroom in the loft where the bed is. The toilet is downstairs next to the kitchen. The stairs to the loft are very steep and the treads narrow at less than 6 inches. They are adequate in day light. But scary in the middle of the night. Especially for guest like us who are 70+ years old.

We had a fantastic stay. Our host was very welcoming and responded to any messages we had. The apartment was bigger than expected, fully functional kitchen / living area, big bedroom and bathroom We will definitely stay here again

It would have been great to have more space to hang clothes but we managed fine. Our stay was perfect
