Les Rives de Saint Martial

Located in a quiet and peaceful place on the banks of the Dordogne, in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our cottage is housed in a former stone forge of 75 m², fully restored. Ideally located 5 km from the city center of Libourne (2 km from the commercial area) and 4 km from Saint-Emilion, it will be the starting point for many walks and/or bike rides (4 adult bikes available). From its terrace, a few steps lead to the swimming pool (dimensions 10mx5m, depth 1 m to 1.70 m) shared with the owners living nearby, open from May to the end of September depending on the weather, with removable cover, unheated. You will appreciate the view overlooking the Dordogne river (and its tidal bore). Barbecue for your grills. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer), a dining area, and a lounge area with a television. Upstairs, there are two lovely bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and the other with two 90 x 190 cm beds. A shower room with toilet completes the property. On the ground floor, you'll find a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Electric heating is included. Covered parking is available on the property for one car. Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price. Optional towels are available. A baby bed, high chair, and bathtub are available upon request. We welcome pets; please collect their treats from the property. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning.
