About this house rental
Leave your concerns and worries at home! Tastefully decorated 3 story townhouse located in Ocean Park Meadows - 1 mile to Old Orchard Beach pier and 1/2 mile to picturesque, quaint Ocean Park with it's old school New England charm including ice cream parlor, small market, shuffle board, 3 clay tennis courts and summer concerts and festivals. It's like stepping back in time! Close enough to all the excitement of the OOB pier, amusement rides, arcade, Amtrak train station, restaurants and weekly festivities and fireworks.
An outdoor pool, (tennis court, two Pickleball courts , shuffleboard, bocce ball, corn hole, all in fenced in area), weight/exercise, locker rooms with showers and sauna and a community room are part of the Meadows. A quick walk or bike ride to a great stretch of sand of Old Orchard beach. Townhouse has all new furnishings and beds with a modern and clean style with room for the whole family. Includes large flat screen TV in living room and TVs in each bedroom, wi-fi and all the amenities of home. Private sun deck in the back overlooking the pond with walking bridges for exploration. Deck has table/umbrella, gas barbecue and chairs for reading/relaxing.
Main floor includes open concept modern kitchen with granite counter-tops, dishwasher, living room, 1/2 bath with washer/dryer and pull out sofa bed. Spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd and 3rd floors. 2nd floor includes full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with queen and the other with a twin trundle bed. 3rd floor includes master bedroom with king bed and bathroom along with private balcony overlooking the pond for sipping your morning coffee!
Check your cell phone at the door and come and relax Maine beach style... The way life should be!
Off season rates are half price from September to Memorial Day weekend. WINTER RENTAL is available, $1800 monthly

We really enjoyed our stay at Diane’s property. It was clean, well stocked, and the neighborhood had tons of activities for us to do in addition to its close location to the beach. With easy access to the highway, we were also able to extend our explorations outside of Orchard Beach. Great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo spacious and confortable. The site is beautiful and we appreciated the tennis courts. We received a very good service from Diane the owner. We will be back next Summer!
