This air conditioned house has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, seasonal gas grill, washer and dryer, parking for 3 cars. Private beach space between the picturesque dunes and the ocean. Seasonal pool at Echo Motel. As you approach this enchanting cottage, you’ll be greeted by a large wrap-around double deck porch—an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset gatherings with family and friends. Inside, this air-conditioned haven boasts 5 generously sized bedrooms, providing ample space for the whole family. With 2 full bathrooms, there won't be any morning rush! The heart of the home is the full kitchen, equipped with all the essentials to whip up delicious meals. From beachside barbecues to family dinners, you’ll have everything you need to create memories around the dining table. A seasonal gas grill on the deck awaits your fresh catch of the day, making outdoor dining a breeze. This cottage is designed for modern living, featuring a washer and dryer for your convenience, and 3 off-street parking spaces at the cottage. Seasonal outdoor pool is located at Echo Motel. A great experience! Whitney was very responsive & accommodating. The rental was beautiful, clean & comfortable. So cozy! The location & view, amazing! Nicely stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes & cookware. TV’s in every bedroom was great although 1 didn’t work. We did rearrange the living room to make it easier to view the tv. A couple of throws & cushions on the couches would have been a nice addition. The thermostat on the 3rd floor couldn’t be adjusted so it was a little uncomfortably warm for sleeping. None of these things detracted from our stay. It was perfect! Would have given 6 stars if possible. The gentleman working there was so nice, taking a couple of group photos for us, thank you. The view from the decks was gorgeous! We hope to be back next fall. Thank you for an amazing girl’s weekend!

Pros - on the beach, quiet neighbors, 5 bedrooms, host very quick to respond
Cons - train very close by, beds uncomfortable, only one shower, greasy cooking pans, not all windows had screens

We selected this property just from the pictures and description of the house on VRBO as well as the location. We were not disappointed!! The house is great! It really is right on the beach! You walk out the door and are on the beach! We had 4 adults and 1 child in our group. The house was spacious for us and had everything we needed. The beds we used were comfortable and the house was clean upon our arrival. The location is great for walking around Old Orchard Beach. The owner is fantastic! We stayed at the house during the April week of the nor'easter and she was great with staying in contact with us and even made sure we had a shovel just in case we needed to shovel our cars (we didn’t need to). We loved our stay! Great house and great location!
