The house was big, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for multiple people. We loved the location and fire pit. It had everything we would need, would stay again.

3 of us scrapbooked from Thursday thru Saturday night and checked out at 8:45 am Sunday. Amenities very nice. Owner also very nice

This was a trip for 4 friends who 42 yrs ago started first grade together! Great location. We each had our own rooms. Let me start there…if the beds and pillows are comfortable- that impacts the entire stay. All of us were sooo impressed with how great we slept, 10 stars for sure in that category!!! The house was very comfortable and spacious for visiting and lounging in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely book this house again.

We pulled up to find our rental house with the lawn overgrown with weeds in the front yard, a broken window blind in the front window, and a yellow caution tape blocking the driveway. I really wasn't sure this was the same property we had viewed in the pictures! The property we had paid a lot of money to rent for the week with our family had advertised "parking for 9 cars" and yet we were expected to park on the street! Well, I can assure you that did not happen. Apparently, the driveway was paved weeks before and the owner was nervous it was still soft....When you advertise something and people pay for that, you should make sure the amenities are available as advertised! Also, the oven literally caught on fire when we used it!!! A phone call to the owner, Beau, was made immediately and we could not use the oven our whole vacation. He made sure to tell my husband how he came back early from his own vacation to assess the problem. When he stopped by, he looked in the oven and then left. Nothing was fixed. We used the flat top outside for our meals; however, this was less than ideal. I don't usually complain, but I think people should be aware. Also, this is a 5-bedroom home with wonderful possibilities for large families. There should be more than one garbage barrel, and one recycle barrel outside. The next renters start off with full barrels until the trash is picked up on Tuesdays....just a thought. The walk is about 10 minutes to Pier/Beach, not too bad, and the vacation was not bad. I hope this helps potential guests.
