Lokalizacja blisko MZK przystanku gdzie można dostać się w każdym kierunku. Blisko sklepu bardzo dobrze zaoprzonego w artykuły spożywcze I nie tylko .

Było wszystko co potrzeba, dobrze wyposażone, ważne że było tanio i w dobrej lokalizacji
Byliśmy na święta i Sylwestra - można by było chociaż trochę ozdobić. Jak przyjechaliśmy było dość zimno, po odpalaniu grzejników z czasem było ok, minusem było to że grzejnik przy łóżku i jeśli zbyt mocno odpalony można się poparzyć. Gdzie nigdzie było sporo kurzu.

Dobra lokalizacja - ciche osiedle. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie - wszystko co potrzebne w kuchni i w łazience. Klimatyczny kominek. W gorące dni było chłodno.
Wilgoć. Można by było zainwestować w osuszacze a zmniejszyć ilość odświeżaczy zapachowych. Za kanapami kurz i pajeczaki- trzeba było najpierw posprzątać. Brak moskitiery.

czysto, miło, właściciel jest pod telefonem. Odebrał i wymienił butlę, gdy zabrakło gazu.
