Gospodarz przemiły i bardzo pomocny! Osobiście dba o stan obiekty i komfort gości.
Czysto, ciepło i z cudnym widokiem na Tatry.

Lokalizacja dla osób bez auta. Blisko do stacji PKP Bańska Niżna skąd odchodzą co chwilę pociągi: Zakopane, Rabka Zdrój i inne. Równie blisko przystanek autobusowy PKS gdzie zatrzymują się PKS z Krakowa. Takie 15 minut spacerem w zimie do term Szaflary i na gorący Potok. Z okna widać góry. Bezpieczna, spokojna miejscówka. Czysto w całym obiekcie.
W pobliżu tylko jeden sklep groszek, mały, średnio zaopatrzony, , nie ma pobocza, chodnika, drogi do stacji są śliskie i nieodśnieżone. Lód zalega na drogach prowadzących do stacji PKP.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko term, przemiły właściciel, czysto (na duży plus pachnąca pościel, czysta łazienka), przepiękny widok na góry.
