Przestrzenne pokoje, duży, bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, przestronny parking, czysta pościel, duże balkony z pieknym widokiem.
Meble z podarta tapicerką. Nieoprożnione popielniczki po poprzednikach. Pleśń w kabinie prysznicowej. Telewizor z kanapkami zmienionym ręcznie na dekoderze.

Śniadanie pyszne, wszystko świeże, domowe, pod dostatkiem. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra w spokojnej części miasta, idealna do zwiedzania okolicy.
Troszkę można odświeżyć pomieszczenia, wymienić starą armaturę na nowszą itp.
