Beachfront! Located on beautiful Tres Palmas reserve w/ world class snorkeling!

I have stayed in several locations around Rincon over the last 12 years. My husband and I weren't traveling with additional family so we needed a smaller place. The rental was fabulous! It had two rooms, was the cleanest place with great decor. I loved the balcony looking at the ocean. We saw beautiful sunsets at night. It was peaceful and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and the marina was key. We can't wait to stay here again.

We arrived late and when we found the actual location we gained access easily. We really enjoyed our time hear and would suggest it.

This property was great.

My 13yo & I had a blast exploring this corner of Puerto Rico. My family is from PR but I'd never been to Rincon before. This property was perfect for our 10-day stay, centrally located to lots of good beaches and restaurants and bakeries. We were in the water every day. Also a couple waterfalls we enjoyed swimming at - one nearby, one about 45min away. Parking at the condo was easy, coffee pot worked, beds were comfortable, view was good. I would stay here again if I am back in Rincon. A couple hiccups: there was no wi-fi while we were there, and the tv was not working correctly until it was re-set halfway through the trip, but we weren't in PR to watch tv anyway! My iPhone worked fine in this area on my data plan - just mention the wi-fi in case someone was planning to use this location for remote work. You'd want to make sure it had been sorted out. Erica was very responsive, had the cable company out to try to fix the wifi, but no luck. Again, did not negatively impact our trip at all. And the price was adjusted, which I didn't even request or expect. Great experience.
