Located directly on Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, less than a mile from the main town of Rincon you can be close to it all, yet removed at the same time. Be comfortable! The condo was conveniently located just steps from the beach and a short walk to Marina Beach and the town center of Rincon. Fantastic snorkeling right out your door. Quiet complex felt safe and secure. Property Managers were great about communication and were responsive to requests.

We are so thankful for this place! We had a wonderful family vacation. Condo was very well equipped for our big family with young kids and the location was great! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!! Cannot wait to go back. And we definitely will!! Location was beyond perfect. We felt very safe and steps to some of the best restaurants.
Master bedroom bed was not the most comfortable. Loved that there were beach chairs to use, however they were broken. More kitchen utensils are needed. These small things won't keep us from booking again!
