About this villa rental
This property is ideal for anyone wanting to unwind and relax while discovering all that Sicily has to offer. The property is dipped into a secular hazel-nut woods, crossed by a natural spring water stream and has got also a very large outdoor area with a flower garden where you can have a pleasant break and equipped to dine outdoors. In the summer season fruit trees and a kitchen garden are freely at disposal of the guests. Villa Verde is well positioned to visit the natural and historical attractions of Sicily.
The total living area of the cottage is about 140 mq on two floors: a living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen where you can also dine, two large bedrooms , bathroom and a mezzanine. The house is very fresh in the summer, Internet connection is available on request.
There are many small medieval villages near Villa Verde worth a visit (Petralia Sottana, Petralia Soprana, Castella Sicula, Collesano, Isnello, Gratteri ....) far less than 30 minutes by car and if you like you can take profit of a lot of magnificent wooded paths for a trekking in the neighborhood. Villa Verde has, in my opinion, a favourable and central position to visit the natural and historical attractions of Sicily.
The guests will enjoy the comfort of the house in an absolutely bucolic environment and will appreciate its favorable position to visit natural and historical attractions of Sicily.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d'une semaine dans cette belle maison, parfaitement équipée et avec un joli jardin. La maison est très calme et très bien située et constitue un très bon point de départ pour beaucoup de visites (Etna, Taormina, Cefalu, Palermo, Agrigento ) Propriétaires charmants et très disponibles, qui nous ont donné quelques bonnes idées d'excursions!. Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour. Pour les amoureux de nature et épris de tourisme, cette maison est à recommander.

This lovely traditional farmhouse had all the modern comforts and was exactly as described in the listing. We had a wonderful relaxing time and really enjoyed the peace and seclusion. The house is very well equipped and the outside space is really charming, with the sound of water and the large wooded area surrounding it. The location in the central part of Sicily makes it relatively easy to visit anywhere on the island as a day trip. We thought the property was perfect and plan to visit again in the Spring.
