Villa Aurora - Mare Nostrum Vacation Homes - Right in Front of the Beach and Pool

Villa Aurora is your new Sicilian home right on the beach! Villa Aurora is a private villa—you won’t be sharing it with other guests! Unlike our other properties, this villa is also accessible to guests with limited mobility. The villa has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable vacation. In fact, you’ll feel right at home! The villa consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double bed); a full bathroom with a shower, handheld showerhead, and hair dryer; a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa bed (1 single bed + 1 pull-out single bed); a private kitchen fully equipped with all appliances (microwave, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, 4-burner gas stove); a covered outdoor veranda with outdoor furniture (table and chairs for 6 people); a private, fully fenced-in garden of approximately 150 square meters, a two-person swing, a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water (perfect for when you return from the beach). Inside the house, you’ll find air conditioning, a ceiling fan in the living room, a washing machine, and an ironing board with an iron. Parking is available on our property. During the winter, this villa has a pellet stove for additional heating in addition to the air conditioning (pellet fuel is not included).








[POOL ACCESS] Open: May–October (approximately) Hours: 09:30-19:00 During your stay, you’ll have free access to our shared pool with our other guests. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the sun deck and a large park where you can play. Swim caps are required to enter the pool. Additionally, diving is strictly prohibited. If you don’t have a swim cap, you can purchase one from us. [DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH] One of our key advantages is our proximity to the beach. In fact, Case Vacanze Mare Nostrum is the only residence in the area with a pool facing the beach and direct access to the sea via our private entrance (about 100 meters away). [PRIVATE ON-SITE PARKING] For your car or motorcycle, we provide parking within our residence (max 2 cars per unit). All outdoor areas of the property are under video surveillance for security reasons. [OUR AREA] Our area is well-equipped with all amenities. In fact, within 2 km you’ll find: large supermarkets (Conad, Ard, Todis, MD), restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, pubs, bakeries, beach clubs with fully equipped beaches, and the water park. Our location is strategic; in fact, you can reach and visit Sicily’s most famous tourist destinations in no time. It simply wouldn’t be the same if you chose another area. The most beautiful places to visit in the area are: certainly Campofelice di Roccella, and then: Cefalù, Caccamo, Castelbuono, Gibilmanna, Gangi (awarded as one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages), the Madonie National Park, Gratteri, Petralia Soprana and Sottana, Sant’Ambrogio, Santo Stefano di Camastra, Tusa, Capo Zafferano, Palermo, Mondello, and many more… [EXCURSIONS] During your stay, we’re here to help you book excursions and tours to destinations throughout Sicily: boat rentals, boat tours, etc. Visit our website to discover all the activities you can enjoy in our area!


[ONLINE CHECK-IN] Once you’ve confirmed your reservation on Airbnb, you’ll receive a link to check in online; please complete the registration at least 24 hours before your arrival. On the website, you can also add additional services to make your stay even more comfortable. [CHECK-IN DAY] Check-in is available from 3:30 PM to midnight. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can best prepare to welcome you. Depending on your and our needs, Airbnb guests have the option to try our new self-check-in feature to gain direct access to the home without our presence. [CHECK-OUT DAY] The latest check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please make sure to leave the house before 10:00 AM so we can prepare it properly for the next guests. [PAYMENT] The rental payment is made to us through Airbnb. Upon arrival, you’ll only need to pay the tourist tax (in cash): €0.70 per person per night; children under 12 are free.
