About this apartment rental
It is a villa of about 70 square meters. of a residential complex, located in an excellent area and recommended for relaxation, surrounded by greenery and 50 meters from the beach. The villa has an internal area and an external area. The internal area is designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and there is all the equipment to accommodate you in the best way with all the comforts you need, we also inform you that the management is ready to give you all the assistance on any problems, information. The outdoor area, on the other hand, is designed for relaxation, with a covered veranda being the top place to spend most days. Externally we provide: barbecue, outdoor shower, outdoor tables and chairs and to finish reserved parking space for up to 2 cars.

We stayed here over Christmas & New year (2015-2016), we are so happy we did. Cefalu and Lascari are close by for grocery and shopping etc. It was nice to have a home base, we traveled all over and came back in the evening. The beach is very close, we had coffee on the beach a few days. The caretakers are WONDERFUL. We plan to stay here again on our next visit. You will need a car, not public transit within walking distance.

The sea and beach was very beautiful, the villa in perfect conditions and completed by all necessary, lovely place! It's only 10 steps from beach, first line of houses from the beach! We eat on the terrace and admire the garden and nature. In the kitchen we have find all for cooking. One day we had special dinner with grill meat, there is a grill in the garden. Zone around the villa tranquil without cars. Person who meet us was very polite. Apartment was clean, and bath room too, it's very important for me. The house comfort with good atmosphere. I rest really satisfied about our vacation, I want to return one day......... Thanks a lot to hospitable Sicilians

Just had a wonderfully relaxing two weeks there. Exactly what we needed. Had the beach all to ourselves (off season end of Oct., 1st week of Nov.). Good base to explore Cefalu and also near motorways, should you feeling a bit more adventurous.
It was however obvious that in high season, the whole area is more geared to families and am sure the 2 mile beach would be much beasier!
Private gate to the complex and to the beach. Series of 10 bungalows and villas, all with good facilities.
