This is a charming villa of approximately 70 sqm, located within a residential complex in an ideal area for those seeking relaxation and tranquility, surrounded by greenery and just 50 meters from the beach.
The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is the living area, equipped with two comfortable double sofa beds and two bathrooms. A characteristic spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The indoor spaces can accommodate up to 8 guests and are equipped with all the necessary comforts and amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The management is also always available to provide assistance and support for any needs or information.
The outdoor area is designed for maximum relaxation: a covered veranda offers the perfect space to spend most of the day outdoors. Guests also have access to a barbecue, outdoor shower, garden tables and chairs, as well as a private parking space for up to two vehicles.

Checkin was a little difficult but once we got there it was incredible! It's a little far from wverytbjnf but it wasn't a problem as we had a car. It's a little hot despite having one AC upstairs. The major con to this place is directly over the fence there is a RV park shower/hangout area. Every night for 5 nights they are very loud until 3/4 am.

I stayed here for a few months during the off season.
Pros:
*beautiful home 5 minutes from the beach. The owner was pretty responsive.
Cons: far from a grocery store with no car.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, vicenzo est vraiment très sympa, accueil aux petits soins. Nous avons un petit de 3 ans et le logement est très bien adapté, bien chauffé, même si il fait 20 degrés en sicile l'hiver ;D nous y étions pour Noël. A quelques mètres de la plage on a adoré y faire de belles promenades. En plus la maison est dans une résidence fermée, notre fils pouvait courir partout sans risque.

Schöne Zweiraum-Ferienwohnung (Toilette extra) mit Parkplatz. Sehr nettes und sich kümmerndes Personal der Immobilienvermittlung. Ca. eine Minute zum Strand, er ist teils sandig, teils steinig. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, bitte ein scharfes Messer mitbringen. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, der Supermarkt ist ca. 1,5 km weit entfernt. Wichtig wäre, mit den Vermietern vorher Kontakt aufzunehmen und die Einzelheiten zu klären: wir wussten vorher nicht die genaue Adresse und hatten Glück, dass es dieses Häuschen direkt am Meer war. Wir fanden es SUPER 😁
