About this house rental

Large, simple single-family house "Brunello". In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 7 km from the centre of Vignola mare, 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 300 m from the sea. Private: outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 300 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
5-room house 140 m2. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the patio. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the patio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/bidet/WC. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Exit to the patio. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Brunello is a nice Villa, it's the second time we rent it. However we found some new bad aspects mostly related to the poor maintenance. Nothing dramatic but this lovely place would deserve much more attention to the details (eg: old and dirty outside pillows, baseboards broken, old toilet cover, old oven, old sofa pillows...) in a nutshell, a great potential not valued enough. It would take a little effort to make it the perfect place for a family that want to enjoy the beauty of Portobello.

La maison Brunello est un petit bijoux architectural située dans cet endroit très spécial qui est Portobello di Gallura. Proximité à la plage (2 minutes à pied) et vues à couper le souffle depuis le solarium. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix. un seul hic: le manque de wi-fi, qui devrait être un must pour une location de ce niveau.
