Private: property with wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "baia dell'amore" 400 m. Tennis 800 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco Acquatico Acqua Fantasy 26 km. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Gestört hat uns nur der nahe Baulärm. Und die gebuchten Handtücher waren etwas dürftig.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Leider fehlen Bedienungsanleitungen in englischer oder deutscher Schrift.Sie war nur italienischer Schrift vorhanden. Ein Hinweis wo man z.b. den gashahn für den induktionsherd finden kann gab es nicht. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn zur Inbetriebnahme des gesamten Objektes eine entsprechende Abfolge Vorlage. Die vorhandene Beschreibung war da sehr dürftig

The location of the house itself is very nice and it is also in good condition, with plenty of space for 2 families. Drawbacks: a) no kind of toilet paper or soap anywhere to be found on arrival; one would expect such a basic amenities would be available at least in minimal amounts b) no internet; it is hard to believe that an 100 EUR router and a 10 EUR subscription would be out-of-budget c) child (9m baby) unfriendly beach: no umbrellas allowed; we were told to try and find a bush for shade
