About this villa rental
Villa Luna is surrounded by a lovely garden with trees, plants and flowers. The villa has an area of about 120 square meters and is tastefully decorated. It has four bedrooms (one double, one double or two single beds, a room with a bunk bed and a smaller room with two single beds with access only from the outside) there is also the possibility of adding two cots. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and one with a bathtub, and outside there is a shower with hot water. The lounge has a large dining table, a fireplace, typical of built-in sofas and a television system with TV Sat. The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, hob, small electric oven separated from the hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. All 'Outside there is a barbecue. There are two outdoor areas: one with a long table and seats in marble for 10 seats and one with a round table and four-seater wooden chairs. The villa has a private uncovered parking space. The garden is equipped with parasols, sunbeds and deck chairs.

Casa in bella posizione, immersa nel verde, a 7-8 minuti dalla riva del mare (scogli e sabbia, a scelta).
Molto silenzio attorno e quindi ottimo relax.
Non è dotata di condizionatori ma, salvo periodi eccezionali, la vicinanza al mare garantisce ventilazione e frescura durante la notte. Si vive in pieno contatto con la natura e capita di avvistare volpi e cinghiali (animali che non creano problemi perchè un poco addomesticati).
Nei dintorni grandi possibilità di fare sport lungo costa praticamente deserta, jogging, bici, camminate.
Decisamente consigliabile , meno a chi tiene alla mondanità e allo shopping (nel club del residence bar, ristorante, talvolta discoteca, minimarket).
