Schönes Objekt in einer Ferienhsussiedlung mit Gemeinschaftspool in der ersten Etage. Zweckmäßig und für eine Ferienwohnung überdurchschnittlich eingerichtet. Kontakt mit den Vermietern klappte super. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen.

L´ appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima, a breve distanza (circa 10 minuti a piedi) dalla spiaggia di Vignola e nel raggio di 20 minuti di auto si trovano diverse spiagge fra le piu belle della Gallura, come Li Cossi e Rena Majore. Vignola e´ discretamente fornita per quanto riguarda l´aquisto di generi alimentari. I proprietari Paola e Eldo si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e informativi, l´appartamento denota cura nei dettagli e al nostro arrivo era impeccabilmente pulito, inoltre il balcone si trova sempre in ombra ed e´ ventilato, offrendo un angolo ideale per mangiare e rilassarsi. La grandezza dell´ appartamento e´ ideale per 4 persone, inoltre le camere sono ben ventilate, noi non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. Uniche note negative, il campo da Tennis non era in buone condizioni, le biciclette messe a dispozione hanne risentito della salsedine ed erano parzialmente arrugginite, nonostante la evidente manutenzione da parte dei proprietari. Devo inoltre far presente che, specialmente nel fine settimana, la musica serale delle strutture presenti nelle vicinanze del Residence potrebbe creare fastidio (solitamente non piu tardi delle 23.30).
Ringraziando Paola e Eldo per la squisita disponibilita´, ci sentiamo di consigliare questa location, con la speranza in futuro di essere ancora loro ospiti.

Siamo stati a per una settimana a ottobre, nella casa non manca niente, ha una bella posizione, una bella vista, il letto è molto comodo (cosa rara nelle case vacanza), con la proprietaria non ci si siamo conosciuti di persona ma ci siamo scambiati vari messaggi, molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e richieste. La consiglio caldamente.

Die Wohnung (im Text wird von einem Haus gesprochen, es ist aber eine 70qm-Wohnung auf der ersten Etage eines Ferienhauses) liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung ca. 800m vom Strand des Ferienortes Vignola Mare entfernt. Der Ort selber besteht nur aus mehreren Campingplätzen und 5 Häusern. In einem Hotelkomplex gibt es eine Apotheke und einen Supermarkt. Insgesamt sind 3 Restaurants verfügbar. Die nächste Bank ist in Aglientu, 10 km entfernt. Es gibt in Vignola auch keinen Bank-Automaten.
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber schlicht eingerichtet. Sie wirkt ein wenig lieblos, auch wenn im Grunde alles, was man braucht, vorhanden ist. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem, wir hatten 2 Wochen lang Rückenschmerzen, auch bequeme Stühle sind kaum vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Schwingsessel, das war es auch schon. Darüber hinaus nur hölzerne Küchenstühle und Plastikstühle für die Loggia. Das TV-Gerät hat nur italienische Kanäle. Größtes Problem bei uns (Juli 2018) war der Lärm: es ist halt eine italienische Feriensiedlung ... Morgens ab 7.30 wird direkt nebenan Tennis gespielt, abends hört man Musik bis nach Mitternacht vom Gemeinschaftspool oder von einem Restaurant in der Nähe. Überhaupt ist die Anlage sehr hellhörig: Spricht der Mieter unter einem im Garten, glaubt man, er stünde neben dir. So richtig wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht. In der Küche könnte man auch mal die Messer schärfen.
Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ganz ok, aber oft auch sehr voll. Am ehesten Spaß macht er über Mittag, wenn die meisten Siesta halten. WLAN gibt es nur dort. Die Handy-Verbindung in der Wohnung ist wackelig.
Der Strand ist ganz ok, aber man muss wie fast überall auf Sardinien Parkgebühren zahlen und die Strafzettel sind heftig (mehr als 40€), wenn man es nicht tut. Direkt in Vignola ist er weitgehend grobsandig, ca. 5 km weiter beim Torre Vignola ist es sehr viel hübscher und feinsandiger, allerdings auch ohne Infrastruktur.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und per Handy/WhatsApp immer erreichbar, allerdings nicht vor Ort. Sie sprechen gut Englisch. Die Ansprechperson vor Ort spricht leider kein Wort Englisch, was die Kommunikation natürlich erschwert. Überhaupt kommt man mit Englisch oder gar Deutsch auf Sardinien nicht weit. Zeichensprache und/oder ein paar Brocken Italienisch sind sehr hilfreich.
Insgesamt haben wir für den Preis schon besser gewohnt, man sollte nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben.
