Clean, today and had everything we needed

Difficult to find out how to access on arrival. Only metal gates and no signage when we arrived in the dark

How quiet and relaxing the apartment was and the security. How easy it was to get everywhere from this area. Everything there we needed. Soap, towels and little extras such as sugar, microwave

Shower spray kept moving with power of water. Flush on toilet seemed to have to be held down

Op loopafstand van het oude centrum, 's nachts lekker rustig. En het was heel fijn dat wij bij aankomst 's morgens al in het appartement konden.

Douchecabine wat klein, maar voor ons geen probleem. Alles was netjes en schoon.

Location of the appartment was good. Unfortunately loud neighbours (TV) and neighbours ringing our doorbel (downstairs) to get into the building all the time. After we complainted to the host, the doorbel was fortunately disconnected

Nobody was waiting for us and host claims not to be aware of our reservation. For over 1,5 hours we tried to get in touch with the host and booking.com. The booking staff put us on hold TWICE for approx. 20 mins and then just cancelled the call. We finaly got the answer from booking the the host has 48 hrs the time to react and was afterwards not available anymore for questions (just did not pick up our phone). VERY unprofessional from booking and the host as you are waiting in front of the accomodation in the evening after a flight and cant get in touch. After lots of stress and a long wait finally the host called us back. The apartment was very outdates and lacked some love and care. The pictures on the website do not give a good representation of the actual state of the apartment. Urgent change needed of the matrass on the double bed!!!!!!!
