The living room consists of a 2m chaise sofa, 42 'led TV with LG Home Theater (Blu-Ray - 850W - other formats via USB port). Sky HD cable TV is optional. Table with 4 chairs complete the room.
In KITCHEN, the equipment is all new. Brastemp: Duplex refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Electrolux: 220L freezer, microwave, water purifier, Also available: blender, mixer, grill, professional citrus juicer, electric coffee maker etc.
The rooms are 4 (3 suites), one with closet. All with queen beds and simmons mattresses (18 cm - pocket springs) plus 6 additional beds, 9,000 and 12,000 BTU split springer air conditioners, continuous dimming and light Latin air ceiling fans (up to 120W).
