About this villa rental
IT is a large country house, perfectly restored with respect to its original character. Situated in Mogliano, it lies within half an hour of both the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountain range and National Park. It stands at a very peaceful location surrounded by a large lawn. The house sleeps with 1 double room with en-suite bathroom 2 twin bedrooms of which one with en-suite bathroom and 2 triple bedrooms.There is a large swimming pool with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

Immediately around the house is an large garden with outside seating, sun chairs, umbrellas, a wood fire and BBQ for cooking, and an outside shower.

We stayed in this charming and comfortable farmhouse for more than a week.The garden and pool were great, as were the sunflower fields and nature surrounding us.It was a relaxing holiday for our family and the region is just fantastic and has a lot to offer.
Michela, our friendly host, made us feel really welcome and she was very helpful.

Fantastically comfortable home for a holiday - better than the pictures! Nice big kitchen for meals, cosy TV area, billiards, table football, and comfortable rooms - and wonderful big pool. Very nice and quiet, totally surrounded by fields, so wonderfully tranquil. Perfect for the beach 25 minutes away, as well as for activities in the mountains such as horse riding and rafting. Very accommodating hostess who was on the end of the phone answering any request. Thanks for the stay!
