About this villa rental
The house has been renovated to the highest possible standard with everything you could need on your holiday; not to mention all the beautiful countryside and villages you can explore during your stay at this wonderful house.
The house has incredible views over the mountains and countryside from all the bedrooms. Wake up to the sheep quietly grazing on the surrounding hills before trying one of the many superb restaurants or just take it easy by the pool. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite, a further double a twin and a triple. There is also a small bed in the top floor retreat for a small child. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an external pizza oven and table tennis table in the pool room , Great for families - ours lived there for a few years and had a ball - plenty of games and DVDs to watch. The ground floor is made up of kitchen and two living and dining areas - and you can eat outside under the pagola - or in the cabana. The first floor has the 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms ( 1 en suite) plus a living area and TV - the top floor has a huge bedroom and marble clad bathroom and dressing room - this takes up the whole floor ( small extra bed in dressing room for a child) There is a swing and a little cubby in the garden - the nearest village is about 5 minutes drive with 3 further villages all around 10 minutes drive away. Sarnano is the closest town about 12 minutes drive away. Ancona Airport is 75 minutes drive, The beach is 45 minutes away and the mountains and National Park 30 minutes.

Solitude, but nearby to local facilities.
I cannot thank Matthew and Fiona enough for helping when called upon and their house keeper too, who was amazing when the washing machine door broke.
Love this region of Italy, great to be nestled near the mountains, low on tourists, the real Italy.

Just the perfect place for 3 families of friends with children, we had a wonderful time.
It was amazing to spend some time at Matthew’s house, that is so heartfully refurbished and equipped! You start wondering how an Australian family could possibly move to this Little Italian Village and you end up looking for similar places on sold, because Marche region and people embrace you with unique warm and genuine welcome …
