A perfect home for the perfect family getaway! Located in Cheney Point in Ashville, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is the ideal lakeside destination. Situated near the end of the street, you won't find much traffic so you can peacefully relax while enjoying the beautiful Chautauqua Lake from the spacious back deck or the well-kept screened in porch. Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed with an attached full bath and Bedroom #2 offers 2 twins. A roll-away and sleeper sofa are also provided for additional sleeping room. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room area provide plenty of space for lounging or entertaining. Bring your boat and park at the private dock before you hang around the fire pit and BBQ on the grill. A washer/dryer unit, central A/C, cable and Wi-Fi are also provided to enhance your stay. **No pets/No smoking** Travel Insurance available upon request.

Perfect cabin for our family’s Chautauqua getaway! Had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean! Very comfortable. Quiet street. The dock was perfect for our boat. The location is ideal for easy boating to the Harbor Hotel or Bemus. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed staying at this lakefront property. It was comfortable for the 4 guests plus provided enough outdoor space to host a small family reunion meeting the range of needs for toddlers to seniors. The screened-in back porch was perfect for rainy periods. Parking is limited with 2 official spots but there is room for another 3 vehicles parked on the road nearby.

The cottage is very nice - comfortable, great views of lake, good location. and well stocked. We will probably not return to Chautauqua Lake due to the high algae content in the lake which was disappointing. Again - the cottage itself is great but in the future we will find a lake we can swim in.

We had a phenomenal time staying here over a long weekend. The location is perfection and the property is well-maintained. Our 4 year old daughter keeps asking to go back to the lake house and we've only been home for about an hour :)

We were looking for a nice, relaxing weekend by the water and that's exactly what we got! The property is exactly as described, very clean, with most of the kitchen necessities you'd need - thought they could use a bigger frying pan for family sized breakfasts! :) The screened in deck was well-furnished and great for meals and board games, and the table inside, which still had a great view of the water, worked great on chillier days, as did the fire pit by the water! A beautiful spot to watch the sunrise!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was incredibly peaceful and the views of the lake were incredible. We had an issue with the oven and the maintenance company was there in 10 minutes. Very good service.

Your first impression when walking into your new home away from home is breathtaking. The panorama view is expected, but the photos do not depict the absolute beauty. We were fortunate enough to have clear weather, which provided for a wonderful star gazing event. This city girl was thrilled. The house was clean and well appointed. The outdoor and porch space is outstanding. No complaints and fully met our expectations. This home will be our first choice when considering a lake vacation.

The home is well furnished and as advertised, with a beautiful porch as it’s main attraction. The lake is quiet and beautiful to contemplate. We enjoyed the fire ring for roasting marshmallows. Plenty of room for four adults and a teenager.The coffee drinkers in our party would have preferred a regular drip coffee pot to the Keureg provided, which is very slow. A couple of dressers in the bedrooms would be a nice addition so guests wouldn’t have to live out of suitcases on the floor.Thanks for a memorable vacation!

The only problem was that we were told we could extend to Sunday. we made plans accordingly. Then on Saturday another agent said no because the cleaning people did not come on Sunday so we had to leave Saturday. It would be nice to have a queen bed instead of a double. Otherwise I we enjoyed it immensely. thanks Jerry

Beautiful home on Chautauqua Lake. If you're looking for a ranch style home this is the place! Very clean and well appointed with lots of homey touches like throw blankets for chilly mornings on the porch. We'll be back!

We had a great time. Weather was perfect. Some of the screens could be fixed on the porch, but otherwise no other issues. The house was nice and clean. Bedrooms were great but would appreciate a king bed in the master. The location made it very easy for sightseeing. We went to a brewery and had a tour. That was great. Just a really nice and relaxing vacation.
