Situated near the end of the street, you won't find much traffic allowing you to peacefully relax while enjoying the beautiful Chautauqua Lake from the spacious back deck or the well-kept screened in porch. Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed with an attached full bath and Bedroom #2 offers 2 twins. A roll-away and sleeper sofa are also provided for additional sleeping room. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room area provide plenty of space for lounging or entertaining. Bring your boat and park at the private dock before you hang around the fire pit and BBQ on the grill. A washer/dryer unit, central A/C, cable and Wi-Fi are also provided to enhance your stay. **No pets/No smoking** Travel Insurance available upon request.
