Bel appartement bien situé près du centre ville de Milly-la-Foret qui est touristique et sympathique. Appartement fonctionnel.

L emplacement est parfait. Parking avec disque devant le logement.
Aucune insonorisation. On entends les enfants courir en permanence, on entends les conversation. La porte du logement est fissurée. La vaisselle est pleine de poussière. La cafetière pas lavée. Il manque de ménage des anciens occupants.
