Bear N Grace - Boone Cabin with Big Yard in Quiet Community with fire pit!

Welcome to Bear N Grace, a peaceful cabin haven just outside of Boone! This cozy sanctuary is close to everything you'd want, but tucked away with all the privacy you'd expect from a mountain vacation retreat. Bear N Grace is conveniently nestled between Vilas and Valle Crucis in the Willow Mountain community, with easy access to all the High Country has to offer.

As you make the short drive from Boone, you can start to feel the stress fading away. When you arrive at the cabin, the driveway leads you to the cabin. There is also a fenced in backyard area perfect for kids of all ages to enjoy, with a stone firepit area. There is a gas grill for cooking, and several outside games, including corn hole, horse shoes, washer toss, and more!

There are just four stairs to enter this home. Entering the cabin you'll find everything you need on one level. The center of the cabin features a great room with nicely equipped kitchen with solid surface countertops. The dining table nearby has plenty of room for the whole group. The living area features comfy leather furniture arranged around a stone gas log fireplace, and the entire home has hardwood floors throughout.

To the left of the great room is the master suite. This inviting enclave has a King bed, cable HDTV, and private bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. To the right of the great room are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. The Wolf-themed bedroom has a Queen bed and cable HDTV; and the Deer-themed bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed as well as a TV (no cable).

Whether your plans include taking in activities such as exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking, skiing, golfing, fishing, biking, whitewater rafting, shopping and more, or to just do absolutely nothing but unwind and enjoy life, this is the place for you. Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This homeowner uses two exterior security cameras to monitor their property and ensure it remains safe. One is a doorbell cam by the main front door, and the other is on the outside corner facing toward the back yard. No cameras overlook the hot tub area.
