Cozy 3BR/2BA log cabin. Located on a mountain-side and 1 mile from Boone and Valle Crucis. The beauty of the mountains but the convenience of the town. Enjoy mountain views from a huge wrap-around deck, nights by the outdoor fire pit, and BBQ on the grill. Inside: vaulted great room, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and TVs for your streaming apps. Quiet road near Parkway, trails, rivers, ski areas, & App State; garage game space for rainy-day fun.

Good to Know:
You'll need to buy local firewood for the wood burning stove.
Loft is open to the great room (sound travels).
No hot tub.
Mountain weather changes quickly—pack layers; 4WD/AWD recommended in winter conditions.

Beautiful, cozy house with everything you need! Very kid friendly- lots of games available and my kids loved ping pong in the garage. The fenced in yard was so nice for our dogs so they could be outside with us while we enjoyed the fire pit. Location was great; we went to downtown Boone both days for meals and that was less than 10 minutes away. Hawksnest was just a 15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this mountain cabin!

We rent 2-3 vacation homes a year and this was one of our favorite rentals in the Boone/Blowing Rock area. It is also only 20 min to the Appalachian Ski area. The home is a beautifully decorated comfortable modern log cabin with ample space for our family of 5 and our dogs. The cabin is perfectly located in a wooded area on a quiet side road so it feels private but very close to the main historic downtown areas of both towns (15 min or so). The fenced year was perfect for our dogs to get some outdoor time. The host was fantastic to communicate with and I really appreciated his prompt replies when we were getting ready to book as well as wrapping up our stay. Everything was fantastic and we will 100% stay here when we return next year!

The cabin was perfect for our family vacation. The hosts were very responsive. The cabin itself was well decorated and had everything we could want. We've stayed at homes before that looked nice online but were run down in person. This was not the case here. You can tell the owners take pride in their home.
