About this apartment rental
This condo is decorated to make you feel right at the beach - you won't want to leave! The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). This bedroom has updated bedding It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The master bathroom is in the process of a re-model April and May 2026. The master bath will now have a walk-in in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. The living room also has a sleeper sofa and is directly oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.
All condos are non-smoking and do not allow for pets.
All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Bed linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.
The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

Very clean, matches the description of the ad, very quiet location and beach for Myrtle area, which we loved! Awesome balcony with multiple views, tons of sleeping space for our 3 adults and 3 kids. Only complaint is the elevator, which was a little crowded. But we visited during the busy season so was to be expected! We will be back!
