About this apartment rental
Check out our photos from our major renovation project completed! New sliding doors on the oceanfront, new blackout drapes, new carpet, new showers, fresh paint, popcorn ceilings removed, new Smart TVs in all BRs, Ceiling Fans in all BRs, all new beds in 2024, new balcony furniture in 2026, and more! Our condo is located right on the beach with unobstructed views to the north and the south from our large balcony. We have three large bedrooms and the primary suite has a sliding door to the balcony and large walk-in shower with new glass doors in 2026. The 2nd bedroom suite has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom in the hallway with tiled walk-in shower and new glass doors in 2026. The living room has sliding doors to the balcony as well. We also have a fully stocked kitchen, newer washer and dryer in the unit.
The private lobby also has a washer/dryer area, a drink and snack machine, and two elevators. Next to the beach there is a pool and two grill areas with picnic tables. There are bathrooms at the ocean level so no need to go upstairs! This is a wonderful location that is quiet and relaxing.
We rent to responsible families only. No smoking and no pets allowed per building rules! (We are highly allergic to animals and smoke, therefore there is no smoking and no animals allowed, including small dogs.)
*ONLY RENTS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during summer months and high demand times.* Check-in time is 12-noon, and Check-out time is 8:30 a.m.

Beautiful location for views of the ocean from the balcony. Close to the sky ferries wheel. Plenty of restaurants several that have gulten free items.

The location of the property is great and the facility itself is nice. The condo was renovated, but had some issues that need to be addressed. 1) the carpet in the bedroom near the closet was wet and smelled musty. We alerted the owner, but nothing was done and we bought carpet cleaner to at least mitigate the smell. 2) we had to make the beds when we got there as the sheets were left on the bed. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying to pay that much money and a cleaning fee to have to make the beds. 3) The condo was clean, but wasn't done well. We had to clean some of the tables and vacuumed some rooms were there was still sand. Again, not a big deal but when there's a cleaning fee it's annoying. I would stay at this complex again, but probably not this condo.
