We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Errors in descriptions, rates and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions and/or additions or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings and equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the agent or owner. The unit was nicely decorated and well maintained. The view from the main bedroom and balcony was beautiful. The kitchen had all the necessary items for an enjoyable stay. We recommend this unit to anyone looking for a pet

Great location and easy beach access! Our family really enjoyed the location of this condo right on the beach. We were able to easily go to and from the beach throughout the day and make stops at the on-site pool to cool off. The beds are quite comfortable and the condo has been nicely renovated. There was enough parking for our 2 cars at the property and it felt like a very safe location for our family of 5 to come and go. The only suggestion would be to add umbrellas to the pool area. There is currently no place to get a break from the sun. Otherwise, we loved this property and really enjoyed our time at Crescent Dunes!

This was our 3rd stay at CD and the 2nd time in unit 202. We love Crescent Beach and CD & the convenient location. We stay because it’s pet friendly and our dog loves his beach trip. Unit 202 was infested with fruit flies, as evidenced by the plug-in trap in the kitchen which was covered in dead fruit flies. Two weeks fighting fruit flies was a bit much. Meal prep and a glass of wine were difficult to enjoy as the flies land in everything. They’re also in the baths. We set our own traps and caught well over 75 and the last two days there were considerably less. No one else in the building had this issue. The fact the trap was there and the unit was full of fruit flies upon arrival speaks for itself. We will stay at CD again; however, we will look for another unit.
