The location of this beachfront condo is perfect for both families and seniors. The public access right next to the building is accessible for anything with wheels and those with limited mobility. The balcony is large enough for everyone to enjoy a place for eating and/or viewing the ocean. The only downside is that the decor is dated and the living room furniture needs to be replaced.

Proximity to the beach was great. Beach was clean and not crowded. We enjoyed perfect long days relaxing at the beach and pool. The condo was just a little too dirty. Kitchen cabinets were covered in grease and grime. Two of the bathrooms were outdated and a little gross. The barstools at the island were filthy and nobody wanted to sit on them. Kitchen was fully stocked.
