“Feels Like Home.” This spacious and comfortably furnished condo suite in Delavan, WI is ready and waiting for you! This condo unit has a king size bed in a separate bedroom and features a pull-out sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Enjoy an evening relaxing on the balcony (parking lot facing) or take in the panoramic Lake Views from the spacious front lobby or outdoor areas. The kitchenette features all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. You and your guests are cordially invited to enjoy everything that our resort property has to offer, including the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, arcade game room and fitness center, making it perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

Then come inside to watch cable TV. Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the modern gas fireplace curled up with your favorite book.

Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

We were in town for a birthday party & this was a great little place to stay.The overall property was spotless & felt fresh & up to date. Staff was friendly, indoor pool area was so fun for all ages, & felt very safe.The unit itself was beautifully decorated, smelled fresh & clean, & had everything we needed.The fireplace kept us nice & cozy while we played board games at the table. The pullout couch had plenty of space for my daughter & I. The sound transfer from outer hallway to unit is noticeable, so you may want to bring a sound machine if sleeping on the couch.Overall, it was a place we would definitely come back to!

This resort exceeded my expectations. Staff members were friendly and helpful and the site manager answered all of my questions promptly. The site was overall clean. My only suggestions would be to have housekeeping be mindful of their hair (there were a few hair strands on the sink) and maybe adding “clean and sanitized” labels to high touch objects such as remotes and door handles. I visited a resort prior to this location and they had these type of labels throughout the room. It was reassuring and made me feel a bit safer during my stay. Overall, great stay. I will definitely be returning!!
