This recently re-decorated suite is a charming 2 story unit on the top floor of the hotel that features partial/side lake views from the private balcony. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the main level with a queen size bed. The second bedroom (queen size bed) and guest bath are located on the second story of this unit. The cozy living area also features a pull-out sofa bed to comfortably accommodate additional guests. The kitchenette includes all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. You and your guests are cordially invited to enjoy everything that our resort property has to offer, including the indoor and outdoor pools, the panoramic Lake Views from the spacious front lobby and outdoor areas, and our game room and fitness center, making it perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

*All boat slips are leased by condo unit owners and are not available to guests. Delavan Lake Resort does not provide docks, boat launches, or boat parking. Please call Delavan Community Park at (262) 740-2335 for information regarding the public boat launch.

PARKING POLICY
Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.
