About this apartment rental
Enjoy this serene and spacious resort condo. Completely renovated May of 2023. This 700 sq. ft. unit has a king size bed in a separate bedroom and also features a pull out sofa in the living area with a fireplace. Quartz island with comfortable seating for 5. Great side/partial lake views from the ground level patio. You will also be just down the hall from the indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and game room. The kitchenette features all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family weekend.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

The resort has great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, fitness center, meeting rooms, and laundry facilities. Comfortable lobby features a panoramic view of Delavan Lake!
Sun by the crystal clear outdoor lakeside pool or relax in the shade. To end the day, take a soak in the indoor hot tub. Pool towels are provided at the front desk.
Then come inside to watch cable TV. Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the modern gas fireplace curled up with your favorite book.
No detail has been overlooked and we would love to have you! ---The only thing that we overlook is the LAKE!

Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Beautiful condo that was recently remodeled. Stunning finishes and kitchen. Just as pictured. The fireplace was a nice plus that we enjoyed. A short drive to Lake Geneva and lots of shops!

Nice room, clean pool area, inside and outside. Comfortably slept three adults. Very nice large kitchen island. Spent much time around it playing cards and socializing in the mornings and evening.

Great stay for wife’s birthday. Excellent location to marina where our boat is kept. Room was beautifully updated and very comfortable.

The accommodations were fine but a couple suggestions. All new pillows are needed for bed. Had challenges with the TV but learned how to deal with them from maintenance. Suggest you provide the information on how to address. The first night the desk clerk was no help. Beautiful sunsets from pool area.
