800 SqFt redone Apt Near The Seine, W/LIFT & W/terrace + A.C. up to EIFFEL TOWER

Beautiful apartment. Lovely walkable neighborhood. Best host ever.

Remy’s apartment is a dream come true. It’s the nicest apartment that we have stayed in on our visits to Paris. The terrace in the front and the garden view in the back unite the apartment with the lovely 16th arrondissement Paris. It’s a great location with thriving restaurants and shops nearby. Treat yourself to an excellent stay.

Remy earned his designation as a top tier host. Communication was perfect and seamless. Everything was in working order. We are 78 and were staying in Paris for 10 days. His apartment in the 16th dist was close to two tram lines which worked great with a little study. The area was not touristy so many restaurants did not have English menus but hey...less tourist! Great Stay.

We had an extended stay in this bright, beautiful apartment and it was excellent. The living room/dining room area was very spacious and there were great electronics (TV, stereo, DVD player) and reading material. The large sofa was especially comfortable! We appreciated having a dishwasher and clothes washer in the kitchen and there were also plenty of pots, pans, plates, glassware, etc. The bathroom/shower area was modern, large and pleasant, with lots of towels. The bedroom had plenty of storage for our clothes and luggage. We enjoyed the terrace and appreciated the plants that gave us some screening from the street. The terrace also has some automatic shades that we used when the sun was bright and they were very helpful in keeping the apartment cool. The neighborhood was very safe and pleasant with plenty of shops, groceries, cafes, and bakeries. We jogged quite a bit and there was very good access to the running trails along the Seine. Being within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower was a big bonus! Although the apartment is not as close to other landmarks, it is very convenient to two metro lines (Lines 6 and 9) and one regional train (RER C) line so it was easy to get anywhere. Remy was very responsive, professional and helpful to us. He asked if we needed anything to make the apartment more comfortable and we appreciated that. Also, having a regular cleaning service included with the long-stay apartment rental was excellent. Overall this apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris and we would definitely recommend it.
