800 SqFt redone Apt Near The Seine, W/LIFT & W/terrace + A.C. up to EIFFEL TOWER

When we arrived Remy met us & went through the apartment showing us where everything was & how to operate devices. The apartment was clean & very comfortable with tasteful interior. Great location & safe with easy accessibility to transportation & a walkable neighborhood. Small bakeries, butcher, mini marts & large grocery near by to walk to within 10- 15 minutes. Remy came over & resolved a TV reset problem very quickly. The only issue was that the cleaning people only left one toilet paper roll during both cleanings, which seemed unusual as compared to other rentals we have visited. So you might want to pick up some right away. A great roomy apartment to stay & enjoy the like of a local.

A terrific cozy apartment for two. Quiet location within walking distance of the market and nice cafes. The Eiffel Tower was within walking as well. Remy was a great host.

We had an extended stay in this bright, beautiful apartment and it was excellent. The living room/dining room area was very spacious and there were great electronics (TV, stereo, DVD player) and reading material. The large sofa was especially comfortable! We appreciated having a dishwasher and clothes washer in the kitchen and there were also plenty of pots, pans, plates, glassware, etc. The bathroom/shower area was modern, large and pleasant, with lots of towels. The bedroom had plenty of storage for our clothes and luggage. We enjoyed the terrace and appreciated the plants that gave us some screening from the street. The terrace also has some automatic shades that we used when the sun was bright and they were very helpful in keeping the apartment cool. The neighborhood was very safe and pleasant with plenty of shops, groceries, cafes, and bakeries. We jogged quite a bit and there was very good access to the running trails along the Seine. Being within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower was a big bonus! Although the apartment is not as close to other landmarks, it is very convenient to two metro lines (Lines 6 and 9) and one regional train (RER C) line so it was easy to get anywhere. Remy was very responsive, professional and helpful to us. He asked if we needed anything to make the apartment more comfortable and we appreciated that. Also, having a regular cleaning service included with the long-stay apartment rental was excellent. Overall this apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris and we would definitely recommend it.
